Lucy and Jasper got swimming lessons from us for Christmas. They started this week at Foss. It had been a couple months off for Lucy and quite a while for Jasper, who took a class over a year ago. Jasper got some new goggles which he modeled for us.
Lucy thinks her teacher is really funny. "He is sooooo funny Daddy. I gave him a high five and it knocked him back into the water!"
Jasper just says that we splashes and sticks his face in the water... that is about all I can get out of him.
Good times. Foss is really close to Chuck's, so he is typically there to manage Oliver while Molly herds two of them through the shower and into pjs for the ride home. I make dinner so that they can eat and hit bed right away. Molly and I remember well- there isn't much that makes you more tired and hungry that swimming lessons. Of course, we used to have 6 lessons back to back... still. They are wiped. Thankfully it is only one day a week.
